He was guitar
instructor at Pianissimo music school in Bs. As.; he also
works as private instructor since 1987, giving group and
individual lessons both in Argentina and Chile.
Between 1994
and 2003, he attended several Guitar Craft residential courses
conducted by Robert Fripp; he also participated in “GC
Performance Projects” and “NST Introduction
Weekends”. In 1994 he settles in Chile and begins
playing with Nimbus group; then he will found a guitar trio
called “Antiparras”.
Later, in 1998
he founds Sur Pacífico.
Since 1999 he
begins to work with children, with the “Musical Exploration
Workshops”, specially conceived for little kids. He
has also worked at the “Escuela de Música Popular”
from Achupallas, and in Sendas (Down Syndrome Kids Centre).
In 2002 together with the group gets a FONDART award, with
this prize, he records and produces the first “Sur
Pacifico” CD, “In the Beginning”.
In 2005 performs
as a member of the legendary ensemble "The League of
Crafty Guitarists" in Mendoza, Argentina.
He is also founder
of the “Musical Open Circles®” (Communication,
Learning, and Cooperation through Rhythm), a program dedicated
to the group musical work as a way of therapy, synergetic
experience, and entertainment, which aim is to make the
musical experience available
to people from
all kind of background, as a way of improving their life
standard.
